All projects require advance payment as per agreed milestones or service plans. Payments may be made via Bank, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or other approved methods. Cash and cheques are not allowed.
Work will begin only after receipt and confirmation of payment. GST at 18% is applicable on all invoices. For international clients, applicable tax and transfer terms under Indian law will apply.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in dispute.
To terminate a service or project, the client must send an official email request to official.intellostack@gmail.com at least 7 days before the project’s renewal or delivery date. All dues must be cleared before termination. Once confirmed, all project data will be deleted, and IntelloStack.com will not retain backups unless otherwise agreed.
We respect client confidentiality. Any data, documentation, or proprietary material shared with us will be used strictly for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
However, IntelloStack.com may showcase project visuals or designs in our portfolio or case studies, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
By engaging with IntelloStack.com, you grant permission for us to reference your brand name, project title, or logo in marketing materials as part of our client portfolio. This may be changed upon written request.
Due to the nature of custom development services, full refunds are not possible once work has commenced. Partial refunds (up to 25%) may be issued at our discretion, based on work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Madhya Pradesh. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, MP.
